1. Quotes and service agreements
Website requests are inquiries and do not create a service agreement. A quote describes the expected scope, price, and timing based on information available at the time. Work begins after both parties accept the scope and any required payment terms. Changes to the property, access, materials, or requested work may require a revised quote.
2. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, disclose known hazards, identify irrigation or utility concerns, provide reasonable property access, secure pets, and remove items that interfere with the approved work. Utility location services and permits may be required for certain projects.
3. Scheduling, weather, and site conditions
Service dates and arrival windows may change because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, material availability, or events outside our reasonable control. Hidden conditions, including underground obstacles, drainage concerns, unstable soil, pests, or undisclosed utilities, may affect scope, schedule, and price.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices, deposits, payment dates, and accepted payment methods are stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement. Taxes, disposal fees, permit costs, change requests, and work outside the approved scope may be charged separately when applicable. Overdue balances may pause future service and may be subject to lawful collection costs.
5. Cancellations and recurring service
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary by project and will appear in the applicable service agreement or appointment notice. Recurring service continues according to the agreed schedule until canceled by either party. Completed work and costs already incurred remain payable.

7. Email and phone communications
You authorize Lirios to contact you through the channels you provide for quotes, scheduling, service, billing, and support. You may update your preferences by contacting us. Operational messages may still be sent when reasonably needed to complete or document an active service.
8. Work quality and property conditions
Lirios will perform agreed services in a professional manner. Living plants, lawns, soil, drainage, weather, pests, and customer maintenance can affect results. Any written warranty included in a quote or service agreement controls for that work. Concerns should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed.
9. Website use and intellectual property
Website content, branding, graphics, and original materials belong to Lirios or their respective licensors. You may use the website for personal evaluation of our services. Fraudulent requests, interference with the website, unauthorized copying, malicious activity, and unlawful use are prohibited.
10. Third party services and links
The website may use or link to services operated by others, including payment, map, scheduling, analytics, and communications providers. Their terms and privacy practices govern their systems.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lirios is responsible only for direct damages proven to result from our failure to perform an accepted service with reasonable care. Lirios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for conditions outside the approved scope and reasonable control. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain in effect.
12. Governing law
Georgia law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Georgia, unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process.
13. Updates and severability
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
